The Addams Family presented by Musical Theatre Crew | 12-21 September 2024

They’re ooky, spooky and ‘to die for’ but the Addams Family has a big problem. Wednesday is all grown-up and confides to her father Gomez that she is in love with Lucas Beineke. Knowing her mother Morticia won’t approve of the relationship, Wednesday makes Gomez swear to secrecy. It’s every father’s nightmare: to keep his daughter’s secret and lie to his wife, or betray his daughter’s trust and honour his sacred vow of always telling the truth to his one, true love.
The strain in the Addams Family grows as brother Pugsley plots to blow-up Lucas, Grandma’s medicine cupboard is missing lethal ingredients, and Lucas’s parents arrive on the doorstep for dinner (did we mention Morticia’s culinary skills?)! Mischief and mayhem abound as Uncle Fester enlists the help of the Addams Ancestors and trusty butler Lurch to reunite – or detonate and bury – The Addams Family.
