The Hobart Repertory Theatre Society is one of Hobart’s most respected theatre organisations.
The Society presents four or more high quality productions each year, with a mixture of classic dramas, comedies, murder mysteries, family-friendly plays, musicals, and much more. The Society also presents Onefest, an annual weekend festival of one-act plays and a children’s pantomime at the end of the year.
As the owners of the Playhouse Theatre, we host many professional and community theatre productions each year in the intimate and comfortable theatre located in Hobart’s city centre.
